Greg Dubela, Founder
Greg founded Harvey Woods in 2015 to engineer a safer and more secure energy grid. In 2017, he won Best in Class at the MIT Energy Hackathon - NESEA Challenge for his proposed solar solution to rebuilding the Puerto Rican energy grid after Hurricane Maria. Over the course of his career, he has accrued personal and professional accomplishments; such as leading Harvey Woods to a national award by Citizens Bank and building a grid that has produced 11 GWh to date.

Daniel Bolton, Operations
Daniel Bolton manages Harvey Woods’ day-to-day operations, keeping projects organized from contract to commissioning. He handles interconnections, building permits, scheduling, and office coordination, while also supporting our internal systems and network to ensure every project moves smoothly. If you’re a customer, Daniel is the person making sure documents, timelines, and next steps stay tight—so installs stay clean, inspections stay on track, and you always know what’s happening next.

Anthony Maukk, DC Engineering
Anthony Maukk leads DC Engineering—everything that happens on the roof for solar installs. He’s responsible for accurate roof layout execution, racking and attachment work, waterproofing details, rooftop conduit and wire management, and quality control that holds up to inspection and time. Anthony holds journeyman electrical licenses in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, bringing a safety-first mindset and precise workmanship to every array we build.

Steve Hillson, AC Engineering
Steve Hillson is a Master Electrician in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire with 14 years of experience in the field. He is MASS Save EPA Heat Pump Certified, holds an OSHA-30 card, and is an authorized installer for SolarEdge, Tesla, and Generac. With a track record of working on over 3,500 MW of solar projects across MA and NH, Steve brings expertise and precision to every installation, ensuring high-quality, energy-efficient solutions.
